2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Rates & Payment

Room rates are as quoted at the time of confirmation and are subject to change without notice for bookings not yet confirmed. Applicable taxes will be added to your final bill. Payment terms, including any advance or deposit required, will be communicated during the booking process.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation and may vary depending on the room type, season and rate plan selected. Please contact our reservations team directly for specific cancellation queries.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other guests, and to comply with hotel rules regarding safety, noise and use of facilities. Hotel Rekha reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest who behaves in a disruptive, unlawful or unsafe manner.

Hotel Rekha will take reasonable care of guests and their belongings but is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are advised to secure valuables and use in-room safety measures where provided.
